WHERE PERFORMANCE GETS LOST

Advertising sees a purchase. The business needs to see what remains after it.

A blended account metric can hide out-of-stock products, weak categories or campaigns competing for the same demand. We therefore look beyond channel-level reporting.

01Product
Which items create an outcome, and which spend without a confirmed return?
02Demand
Where does advertising find new buyers, and where does it only capture existing demand?
03Economics
Do advertising conversions align with order status, availability and accessible margin data?

THE SOLUTION

Four parts of one e-commerce system.

We do not treat campaigns, feeds and reporting as separate products. We align them around the catalog and the store’s goals.

  1. 01

    Demand management

Google Shopping, Performance Max, Search, Meta catalog and retargeting each have a defined role.

  2. 02

    Catalog and Merchant Center

We monitor disapprovals, attributes, prices, stock and landing pages—the inputs advertising needs to serve well.

  3. 03

    Measurement and economics

We validate e-commerce events and their connection to orders. Margin, returns and status data are added when available.

  4. 04

    Creative and conversion

Priority products receive new scenes, formats and messages. We review the site where traffic fails to become a purchase.

HOW WE START

Establish control first. Add scale second.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

Review measurement, campaign structure, Merchant Center and spend distribution across the catalog.

  2. 02

    Control

Set priority products, channel roles, change rules and the metrics used by the team to evaluate progress.

  3. 03

    Develop

Test new demand, creative and pages in stages, each with its own evaluation period.

FAQ

Questions before we start.

01What kinds of stores do you work with?

We work with online stores and marketplace businesses that have a product feed, recorded sales and a way to pass order data into analytics. The working model depends on catalog size, markets and channels.

02Do we need to move our ad accounts to FMM?

No. We connect to your Google Ads, Meta, Merchant Center and analytics through native access roles. The accounts and their historical data remain under your ownership.

03Do you need product cost and margin data?

Those inputs are needed to manage profit directly, but work can begin with available signals such as revenue, order status, stock and returns. We document the limits of the analysis before starting.

04What do you do with Merchant Center and the product feed?

We review disapprovals, attribute coverage, prices, availability and landing-page consistency. Feed and campaign changes follow the access and approval model agreed with your team.

05Can Google and Meta be managed as one system?

Yes. We evaluate channels in one business context without mechanically combining their attribution. The source, period and boundary of each metric remain visible.

06Who produces the advertising creative?

We can work with your team’s assets or produce static, motion and product variants within the agreed scope. Catalog and campaign data determine which products and messages enter testing first.

07How does the engagement start?

We first review measurement, campaign structure, Merchant Center and spend distribution across the catalog. We then agree priorities, responsibilities and the sequence of changes.

STORE AUDIT

See what to fix first.

We review advertising, the catalog and measurement. You receive a short list of priority actions with the reasoning behind each one.
